• Carry out Aftersales Manager duties in showroom or workshop
• Diagnose, repair or present vehicles to customers
• Meet productivity and satisfaction targets
• Maintain accurate job cards and records
• Follow manufacturer standards and safety rules
• Lead, coach and develop the team
• Set objectives, budgets and KPIs and report on performance

• Relevant diploma or manufacturer certification
• 7+ years of automotive experience
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Good communication skills
