About the role
We are looking for a Chief Accountant to join our team and help us keep finances accurate, compliant and insightful. You will work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment where your contribution is visible and valued. You will lead people, set priorities and own results for your area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial records and reports
- Manage reconciliations, payables and receivables
- Support budgeting, forecasting and audits
- Ensure VAT and regulatory compliance
- Recommend improvements to financial controls
- Lead, coach and develop the team
- Set objectives, budgets and KPIs and report on performance
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- ACCA, CPA or CMA is an advantage
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
