Employer Agreement
Standards for companies, employer admins and recruiters posting jobs, searching talent, managing teams and hiring on Jobcod.
Legitimate organisations only
Employer accounts must represent a real, lawfully registered organisation. You must complete verification by providing requested documents such as a trade licence or registration certificate, and keep company details, logo and website accurate.
Verification and publishing
Until your company is verified, job posts are submitted to Jobcod for review with a verification notice and are not publicly listed. After verification, Jobcod may approve and publish your posts. Verification is a trust signal, not an endorsement or guarantee.
Job listing standards
Post only genuine, current vacancies you intend to fill. Describe the job title, duties, requirements, education, location, work mode, employment type, salary and salary period (hour, day, week, month or year) where shown, and application deadline accurately. No fee-charging, pyramid or commission-only schemes presented as salaried work, and no discriminatory requirements unless lawfully justified.
Fair hiring and legal compliance
You are solely responsible for selection decisions, interviews, offers, contracts, work permits, visas, wages and end-of-service obligations under applicable law, including UAE labour law where relevant. You must never charge candidates any recruitment-related fee.
Candidate data protection
Use candidate data only to assess and communicate about the relevant roles. Do not download in bulk, sell, share with third parties, contact candidates for unrelated marketing, or keep data longer than necessary. Limit access to authorised team members and follow applicable data protection law.
Team accounts
Employer admins control who joins the company workspace and are responsible for their team's actions. Remove access promptly when people leave. Company membership is created only through authorised invitations or Jobcod assignment.
Communication
Use JobCod Chat professionally. Do not request off-platform payments, banking details or unnecessary sensitive documents. Contact details may be screened to reduce fraud.
Reviews
Candidates may publicly review your company. You may reply professionally but may not offer incentives for positive reviews, post reviews about yourself or retaliate against reviewers.
Plans and billing
Subscriptions, featured jobs and seats are billed as shown at purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled. Usage limits apply per plan. See the Refund Policy for cancellations.
Enforcement
Jobcod may reject or unpublish jobs, restrict talent search, suspend team members or suspend the company, including unpublishing all its jobs, for breaches, failed verification, candidate complaints or fraud risk.
