Job Seeker Agreement

Your rights and responsibilities when searching, building CVs, applying, interviewing and accepting offers on Jobcod.

Effective 1 September 2026·Reviewed 28 October 2026
1

Free to apply, always

Creating a profile, searching and applying to jobs on Jobcod is free for candidates. No legitimate employer on Jobcod may ask you to pay for applications, interviews, training, visas, medical tests or placement. Report any such request immediately.

2

Accurate profile and CV

Keep your name, contact details, location, experience, education, certificates, skills and right-to-work status true and up to date. Do not exaggerate qualifications, use another person's details or upload altered documents. AI-written content must be checked by you before you use it.

3

Visibility and sharing

You choose whether your profile is visible to employers in talent search. When you apply, the employer receives the CV and information you submit with that application. Share passport, visa or ID documents only when a verified employer genuinely needs them at a late hiring stage.

4

Applications and interviews

Apply only to roles you are genuinely interested in and qualified for; do not mass-apply with automated tools. Respond to interview invites, attend scheduled interviews or reschedule in good time, and behave professionally in chats and calls.

5

Offers and decisions

Review offers carefully, including salary, salary period, benefits, location and contract terms, before accepting or declining in Jobcod. Jobcod does not negotiate on your behalf and is not responsible for an employer's decisions, contracts or obligations.

6

Communication standards

Keep conversations in JobCod Chat respectful and job-related. Contact details may be screened to protect you from scams. Harassment, threats or spam lead to restriction or removal.

7

Reviews and reports

You may review employers based on genuine experience and report suspicious jobs or companies. Reviews must be honest and free of personal data or abuse.

8

Paid extras

Optional paid features such as premium CV templates or support plans are described before purchase and covered by the Refund Policy.

9

Ending your use

You can withdraw applications, hide your profile or delete your account at any time. Jobcod may restrict accounts that breach this agreement or the Terms of Service.
